The day has arrived. I've been tasked to guide Terry and Hassan to Akhbar. Dropzone was at BCTC and we arrived pretty early at 820hrs, all good to go.

The sight of the hill freaked us out as it looked exceptionally steep. However, upon closer examination, the ground looks better. Commanders have been assigned to select the site for digging, before the assesors arrived. Actual test began at 930hrs, so all started to dig with all their might. Terry had made a perfect shellscrape where 2 guys from Support, namely Chua and Fauzi, being their first attempt, were bushed, thus those who had completed earlier came along to help. All of us achieved the
Grade A score, an exceptionally good score.

We tagged along with the rifle company back to camp,
lunch all brought back to our battalion building. Not too bad a lunch; tomyam fish with Thai style rice, long beans and sausage.

I played a couple of rounds of Naruto before taking a a
slumber at 2pm, and woke up at 6pm for dinner. Quite a delicious dinner with pandan rice, golden fried chicken (Ruisheng's "ah gold gold" came to my mind) with sambal chilli, and some spicy fish.

We caught a drink and had some casual chat before Yusaine came to join us sitting, after the run. He commented that the road along the MT line was creepily dark, as he felt insecure and kept looking back when he ran along that path, and having the stigma that he'll see a lady in white seated on one of the benches at the training shed. Eww, that sounded creepy.

QM announced the excellent work we had done and Terry and Akhbar were allowed to be off till tomorrow 2200hrs.

Muscle are beginning to feel the tense from yesterday's workout as I had done an Overdrive session; all dualist movements are done with 7.5kg each side, and 10kg for bicep curls. Somehow, the other parts are not maximisly trained.

Slumber time...it's going to be a less busy day for us tomorrow as most of our work had been done for this ICT, so we now look forward to the happy hour that comes.

Drink like there's no tomorrow!
