The day ended later than usual as I commenced later (despite being way earlier than official) at 8.

I had to be slided to a different set of roles as a working counterpart had gone on premature maternity leave, so it's about getting used to a set of different working processes.

Maybe it's also a good break for me as I had gotten dry from the usual work routine that had left me sleepless for many nights; and the disturbing, identical reoccurence of a previous experience of being "breathed" down by a "gender-prejudicer".

I can't say much more here but it'll be elaborated in some backdated posts.  What matters now is that I should officially be taken off this unnecessary disturbance and getting things done till my working counterpart returns.

No more late nights and ridiculous working hours that I'm not liable for.
It's been awhile since I wrote here as life has moved into a full swing after the recent trip to the land of kangaroos.  Fortunately, this full swing is coming to an end.

Having being here for more than 1/2 a year and getting the feet anchored, I realised the importance of keeping boundaries away from immediate working counterparts.  The barricade shall ascend and I will keep my ultimate privacy.

This matter had somewhat disrupted my regular hunger during the lunch hours, that food no longer taste as yummy as they should be.

There will be a chronological backlog of the months that had passed by.
The weekly barrier fight is over till the next; so here I am , in my sanctuary of peace and solace.  In another 5 hours, I'll be packing up and leaving for the day.

Number game is always the fumbling factor which causes extensive lose of sleep, mental disalignment and fragmentation till the next course is set to get out to get a religned.  It's been more than 6 months since the last alignment and I have to get out soon before all falls out of place.

The angel is at rest today; probably due to excessive heatiness so she has to rest for the day; I hope she's feeling much better by now.

Onward to the aftermath.
Been awhile since I wrote here.

The long wait of my first annual leave over 6 months is finally in place and had been over.  A week has gone by once again, sweeping me into the 7th month lf this 'whole new world' environment, where a mix of fun and suppressed flaking is.

Mondays are always filled with extensive hours, sleepless nights and constantly looking for an avenue to get steam off the mind.  However, it's too far off to be done as there's still 4 weeks to go.  No sign of the 'golden paper' to date though it appears that my seat is somewhat confirmed.  At times, I wonder how the guys on the other side cope with the constant projectile firing.

More confirmation for next month's break, which is a good sign so I'm looking forward to that, as it is another milestone that we can move into our nest soon.

Let's see if I can really lay my mind to rest for the night.
It's the 3rd time I've spotted this mum and her pup; an elderly lady who constantly feeds them was there watching them eat from a distance as they're still human-shy.

As soon as a bus zooms by, they'll step away though distance was about 10 metres from the road.

To date, I have not been able to locate their spot as appearances have not been often and the timing doesn't coincide.  I need to find a date and time to do some scouting.
Down memory lane into the previous battlebox where I had been there for less than a year and had since moved on.

I saw another guy who was also tendering his notice while it was already my last day.  Documents for clearance done, signed and ready to go but an accounts colleague was asking me about references to payments which have yet to be collected; I can barely recall to what those indicators refer to.

The other guy who was leaving had seemed to start off his own business in the jewellery retail trade; he's from a well-off family and had his fair share of fragging when he was around.  Certainly I had and am glad it's over.

Casual chats with colleagues, looking through some old stuff does remicise about the long history of the company but that's just for casual knowledge purpose.

Soon it was time to go; a replay of my final exit through that main door I had been walking through for the past 3/4 year.
Another half a day to go at battlebox before heading off for the event this evening.

My favourite hideout is indeed peaceful; if only I can find one good evening to come by to soak in to get some things done proper.  As I begin to enjoy the peace and solace, it's almost time for me to head back to battle station.

I've started to give some gastronomy reviews, so an individual site will be available soon in due course.
