Early rise at 7:30AM after almost a 12 hour slumber the night before. We decided to eat the complimentary breakfast as we don't intend to go far, considering the time left before catching out flight. Antzer had checked out much earlier as he will be doing his photoshoot for the whole morning.

A final shopping of souveniors done at Matahari, a souvenior shop near our hotel as Kevin continued to laze in the room. Finally, the shopping quest has been done! Nothing exquisite enough for me to get for my brother and Wanling, but hope it's something which I hope they'll like.

Took a pic of Oka, our driver for 2 days during our stay here, before we boarded the cab to Denpasar Airport as he was about to make his move for work.

Awaiting the plane and reached our gate before at 1:27PM.

Jumped awoken after a series of weird dreams, of which one of them showed me riding a 150Z type of motorbike used by the locals here in Bali up into a minor road like Jalan Bukit Merah. Switchscene showed I have received a letter from a lawyer to settle an accident that occured along Havelock Road, to pay a compensation of SGD1,200 which I had never been involved in.

Sunerise at Sanur, which was about 30mins drive from Kuta area; a small hiccup as I was at thw wrong place to see sunrise at Kuta Beach. Fortunately Antzer found me at the beach just when he was calling out his name, just infront of him. We made it to Sanur and it was indeed a beautiful sight to see the sunrise!

Breakfast done at nearby MacDonalds and they still serve McJuicy, which was called MacD in local context. And oh, they have a kiwi sundae with nata de coco (coconut cubes). All for 33,000RP.

Next stop at Ubud where it's a traditonal village with minimum modern development which comprises of local handicrafts and shops are built closely to each other side by side. A couple of silverware shops could be seen too but prices are way too high.

As the stall selling roasted pork isn't open yet, we decided to walk around more. Spotted a signboard that indicated 1 hour full body massage for 60,000RP, which is relatively a good deal. After Antzer enquired with a man standing nearby, he told us wait and ran to nowhere. Antzer sensed it's not right and we decided to move off quickly.

Later we learnt over lunch, that the locals will offer the pigs for sacrification before selling, or would be after their daily prayers. The rice was served with pig intestines, fried pig skin, slices of pork and roasted pork skin; yummier than local roast pork rice.

There was a monkey forest which we didn't visit in view of our schedule.

We went on to a silverware shop which was huge, with a wide array of silverware. Managed to get a good bargain of earrings for dearie, considering it's 925 grade silver. Hope she likes it!

Over dinner at the nearby food centre where we had supper on the first evening, we learnt how much the locals detest the Malaysians as the culprit responsible for the Bali bombing in 2002 was a Malaysian who was caught and eventually sentenced to death. Many years were spent rebuilding and that's explained the reason, why the worker at the stall where we ordered dinner greeted some Malaysian tourists 'hello, long time no see, see you also not happy' in Bahasa Indonesia.

A momument was erected at the bomb site and that was what I snapped when I was waiting for Songjie shopping at Quicksilver.

We spent the later part of the evening discussing on 9D. As they were all higher levelled and experienced in the game, most of thw time was spent listening before I lay on the bed to rest before 9PM.

Seems like all of us are tired and decided to scrap the idea of visiting one of the clubs.

Early rise at 6AM; this time we missed the sunrise which was planned at 4AM; yesterday's activities must have tire us all out and a deep sleep after a couple of beers at Hard Rock.

Managed to get a morning sight of Kuta Beach; it's long, wide and simply beautiful without obstructions to get a perfect shot. Surfers are already in the waters to catch the waves in the early hours, where sky is already all bright.

Breakfast done at KFC; they only serve a standard menu all throughout the day. Got a 2-piece chicken with a mocca float. Spiciness of the chicken is still stronger and saltier than Singapore's.

Slumber was done to catch up on what was left unfinished from last night till 1:30PM where we had lunch at a nearby cafe; nasi goreng special that came with beef satay, egg omelette and a small portion of salad.

The watersport plan was scrapped in view of the fatigue from last night but Antzer had asked around for pricing and activity from a stall where he was attended to by Komaca.

Spent the afternoon with Songjie and Kevin to shop
around Surfing Girl where he got a bikini set for an old friend, while I captured a few shots of local street life.

Dinner was done nearby and had a taste of the local ayam soto, that came with rice and their main dish had vermincelli beneath the topping. Iced sweet tea came along and Antzer ordered a beef satay that wad garnished with a special sauce making the dish very fragrant. Both yummy! I had asked Antzer that he seemed very familiar with the place and he also mentioned that getting around was actually through asking the locals. A very important advantage would be knowing the local language well.

We had made plans to visit Sanur tomorrow afternoon where there are handmade silvercrafts where I can get something for dearie, that would be, to make her prettier, and something unique to Bali.

Night activity was done in our own sub-groups. Songjie, Kevin and I decided to go to Apache KTV, nearby Surfer Girl which is open at 9pm. A VIP room size equivalent room at 300,000RP that the host mentioned 2 girls would be given. No no no, give us a break as we only want to sing and don't want any problems. We had 4 bottles of Bintan beer which 1 bottle slipped Songjie's hands from the wet label, that was

Good morning Bali.

Rise and shine at 7:30AM and ate the complimentary breakfast. Pretty limited choice, but since it's already complimentary, just fill the stomach for now.

Today's agenda: Taman Ayu temple visit by the sea, followed by lunch stopover at a Baturi where Antzer mentioned to us yesterday evening. The climate was much cooler than the place where we stayed. We walked on the small bamboo-structured jetty but was stopped by local boatmen as the edge could noy withstand the weight of more than 2 people, so we took turns to have pictures taken.

Lunch was buffet and costs about $12/head. A quick passing shower came as it was on a highland which clouds could be seen. Air pressure was lowered so the breathing difficulty could be felt when ascending and descending from the mountain.

A short slumber from the airpressure change made the next stop more refreshing. As we were passing the farms, I could hear a snort and was awoken soon after a full charge - Antzer had dozed off with his mouth wide open.

We had also learnt from Antzer that the better-off locals build their own temples in their homes, and have statues placed at their doorway. They worship gods of Wealth, Protection and Destruction and must be dome equally. Houses can be build wide and maximum height is at 4 storeys.

Next stop, visit to Berdugul to catch the sunset where tide was low and we could walk all the way to the rocks and watch the huge waves that can't be seen in Singapore. Magnificent view!

The final stop was at Berturi a shopping area which ride was about an hour. Undercarriage scan was done and learnt from Antzer that Kuta was the place where terrorists bombed in Bali sometime back. Lots of soveniour stalls greeted us and we could get a bargain from our purchases. Got a sling bag for myself, Sihui and dearie, all at just 80,000RP which was offered at 40,000RP a piece initially. Hope dearie likes it!

The technique that was taught to us initially by Antzer was to walk away if negotiations are not successful after a few attempts. That worked for Kevin when he wanted to buy a wall deco handicraft which was offered at 50,000RP and the stallowner agreed at 30,000RP after we walked away at some distance.

Most of these places of interests are at an entrance fee of 10,000RP.

Oops, we had exceeded the 8hrs of transport service by Oka, our driver for the past 2 days; had just learnt of his name from one of the larger departmental stores when heading to get dinner, a famous Nasi Pedas and packed back as that place was jammed packed with people, and we had to order from behind the counter. Dinner for Oka was on Antzer to make up for exceeding on the agreed hours.

A kid was begging from us and Songjie told me to ignore her as such are operating from a syndicate where an overseer will deploy them around - most likely for profit purpose. His navy colleague made the wrong move by giving to one, and a group of them swamped around him after he did that. On top of that, she's wearing a set of gold earrings.

Had learnt from Antzer yesterday that locals are more flavour inclined in their diet, thus food are saltier. The chilli they eat are much spicier compared to ours. For once, I had met my match at the tongue.

The final activity for the evening was some drinks at Hard Rock pub where a live band performed. Argh, such a pity that I didn't bring A500 along. Kevin had shared with us that one of the old timers in 9D is a Pinoi musican by profession who has his own band in The Phillippines just like tonight's band. Antzer could not join us as he wanted to keep his fiancé company.

A downpour greeted us after our drink of an unusually big jug of Heinikken. Called for a cab which charges by the meter. The walk back to our hotel wasn't far, but all of us were tired from a 10-hour outing, and the rain that was impossible to get back to hotel without minimum contact with the rain. Health is more important...it was a massive jam when we had to take a detour as the street around Yulia Inn was one-way, as there was a row of clubs and discotheques behind Quicksilver's 2-storey boutique further behind Hard Rock. Cab fare was at 115,000RP and travelling time was delayed by that massive jam - optimistically, a chance to see what we haven't explored on the vicinity
where we stayed.

Earlier slumber tonight as we planned to watch sunrise tomorrow morning. A pretty good collection of pics I have. I have to bring dearie next time where we plan to have our schedule being able to match, for long waited trip via jet.

We arrived at Denpasar airport at GMT+800, after a 2.5 hour hour flight. Airpressure change makes the flight sleepier while we stayed awale chatting in the budget airline we took; pretty mentally challenging.

The airport at Denpasar isn't as impressive compared to Singapore's; older interior with almost no improvements except for electronic devices by the local Immigration.

Antzer had arrived pretty earlier with his fiancé, and we were taken by a hired driver to our lodging place at Yulia Inn. A rather quiet place which has the resort feeling which resides in the heart of the shopping zone. Local Chinese also speak Hokkien so somewhat will be able to communicate with his fiancé where we all need to.

Finally, the first League outing!

It was already past 10PM at Bali, thus we settled for supper while chatting over recent happenings and our gameplay in 9D. The worker at the food centre could speak pretty fluent Mandarin despite being a native Indonesian. Learnt from Antzer, the locals are mostly not Muslims, thus they don't have stringent rules on the food they eat. Songjie shared about his navy colleague who dashed into Kuta beach, just opposite the food centre. Apparently, the beach has a closing timing and he was chased back by the patrols...that was certainly embarrassing for him.

Roads are narrower and less organised compared to Singapore's.

Had finally been able to sms dearie on my safe arrival after my phone could be juiced up in our Room 825 with Songjie's portable iPhone charger that was lent to him by Meg.

No free wifi? Hmm...SMS was the only way to keep in touch with dearie.

As the night was late, we decided to turn in before a full day activity the next day: as briefed by our League Guide, Antzer. A temple tour.

Lunching in with leftovers of yesterday’s dinner with cleaner auntie; that certainly saved a lot of time walking and having to queue and baked by the sun.

A week is finally coming to an end. A pretty grueling week in the mental battlefield and am glad it’s going to be over soon.

Just checking out some interesting facts about Melaka where I’ll be heading for a day trip this Sunday early in the morning. I’m gonna get some good shots at photographer’s grade there!
Seems like a deep sleep last night after I woke up at 7:20 this morning; had awoken at 6am before that but could feel a non-full recovery and decided to enter slumberland for awhile, this time, with the fan off as it has been directing wind at me for the past 5 hours.

I usually do not require long hours of sleep unless the day had been filled with chakara draining events.
The evening ended late after sending dearie home and spending some time doing the "durian clearance" at her place...

While on the way to pick dearie up from her school, saw a freak accident where one of the person lay flat on the road junction near Bedok Reservoir Road and many onlookers were gazing at the scene where some people tried to help her up; she was bleeding profusely and definitely in great pain after glancing through my windscreen when passing the scene, and later on via my side mirror.  That accident had caused a great disturbance to the flow of traffic, and vehicles had to make a slight detour around the spot where the lady laid flat on the road, back facing up.

Fortunately, she's still conscious.

In my mind was the scenes of those moments where I had met with an accident while riding my TZR and TZRR many years back.  It had been unforgettable as the graze of the skin, how Baxter was used to wash the wounds before dressing it up was really a torturous event despite being superficial wounds.

That was in 2003.

When passing by Thomson, I was recollecting about the scene and wondered how many motorist had died on the road in LTA and Traffic Police's records, and never made their way home to see their loved ones.  That can be the saddest thing...and I believe most are motorcyclist considering the risk they're exposed being uncovered while riding.

Looking at the clock, it's past 1:30am and time to retire for the night.  Recollection complete.
I've finally levelled up after a 30min grind with the help of _Hide_ who was a CS7 Diamond Monk, to give me the HP and VE support while I did the last 20% towards FD2.

It was an achievement to keep moving ahead on the game.  Songjie said hi to me in the band chat but I couldn't reply till I finished levelling.

Another friend to keep while the game goes a long way :)
Just given my word to Chris that I will be starting my OT frenzy; so my “official working hours” are 12 everyday. Since OT are claimable, might as well do as much as I can, and of course, keep tabs on my attendance. I’m ready to contribute long hours as long as my weekends are not jeopardized.

After the discussion with Linda, I know what are the lacking factors that might affect my perm conversion so it’ll be good I’ll do just that by gaining more exposure with the OTs. I rather work late on weekdays than going back office on weekends, as I want to spend quality time with dearie and my family.

Chris does sound happy some way that I’m willing to contribute – I’m not sure how this will be positive for my upcoming appraisal in less than 6 months’ time, but definitely, something I had always enjoy doing – working late and getting additionally paid.

Hope dearie doesn’t mind since I’m doing it for a good cause…the Spirit had awoken within me…to give all out for a better future.
Managed to catch up with Kelvin Chan who had left our organisation soon after CNY this year.  Learnt from him that Chih Wei had left shortly after his resignation too and both of them are still in the IT line.  Kelvin's into photography too and had also started recently.

I believe most who had been working here or, are still working here will feel that the offer is peanuts as compared to many organisations outside.  Most left on "underpaid" grounds.

6 more days to Bali and just 4 more days for the day Malacca trip.  Wan had given me insights of the new shopping mall being not too bad a place to be...let's see how the place is when I go there this coming Sunday.

That's 2 overseas trips coming my way in short gaps....have I caught the travel bug?

Time to retire for the evening; discomfort in my left leg had somewhat subsided except for a streak of "dislocation" sensation on the exterior of my left leg - could that be due to an overly strained ligament?
Did an update for the Facebook group of our hero league - this time, all players name are listed so as to capture those who are in the game.

Played a pretty weeny fair bit just before commencing my workout around 7pm.

I've finally got more people added and are inviting them into the newly created group which included Bryan, Marie (Andy's wife, aka Reith) and awaiting for their confirmation.   The purpose of this group was to create a closer fellowship among enthusiastic virtual pulgistist like us to get together on the long run.
Quite a cool weathered lunch hour and made it back in time as the droplets of rain got heavier by the seconds. One hour, as usual again so lessened the rush.

The day trip to Malacca is coming soon, wondering how the trip would be, considering that we have to set off before sunrise?
The durian feast should be over, though I learnt that dearie’s mum went to pick yesterday morning again.

Hope to go back early tonight so I can commenced my undone workout this morning – the previous night must have been a little tiring since I had grinded for almost 4 hours on 9 Dragons.
Left leg’s still a little uncomfortable – could’ve yanked the weights a little too hard with the wrong technique, but some warming up by working should help bringi the discomfort away.
Oops, I made a mistake; the event was only till Mon so the rest of the week will be a regular-levelling rate unless I put in additional effort or go for boss hunting.
Yesterday’s event was really unforgettable – the band members were all very helpful to help me revived when I was knocked out by an enemy due tot lack of VE thus unable to do a self-healing buff.

I’m almost to the next level so I’ll just have to persevere to catch up with Songjie and the rest; all of them are far ahead of me by at least 100 levels. That’s really a big leap for me. Should I do those quest or just continue to do the leveling rush?
Finally found a self-built list of the level as follow:

Losing Self (Level 1-12)
Gathering Chi (Level 13-24)
Opening Chi (Level 25-36)
Revolving Chakra (Level 37-48)
Raising Light (Level 49-60)
Five Dragons (Level 61-72)
Sun and Moon (Level 73-84)
Golden Blossoms (Level 85-96)
Elemental Crown (Level 97-108)
Floral Crown (Level 109-120) <---- Highest Level Player in US Version right now
Crimson Snake (Level 121-132) <---- Xeom hit this level before getting banned
Golden Lotus (Level 133-144)
Humble Master (Level 145-156) <---- Vietnamese Players are somewhere here
Little Master (Level 157-168) <---- Korean Players are somewhere here
Hermit (Level 169-180)
Projected Soul (Level 181-192)
Dissolved Body (Level 193-204)
Immortal (Level 205-216)
Heaven's Gate (Level 217-228)
Heavenly Immortal (Level 229-240) <---- GMs are somewhere here

Looking at my current level, I'm still very far away from Songjie who is already at Hermit level...let alone the rest; guess all of them have been playing regularly for the past years...I can keep this game going but not to invest a single cent for virtual items...ignore those notes beside as this entry was done on 18/06/2007....committed players would have gone far ahead in their levels.

Not too bad an evening as I managed to massively level up with the help of Maz, and getting revival from the help of those in our league...very nice people including Onimusha, Ting, just to name a few.
Slept about 5hours in all; had woke up at 5:30 am in view of the continuation of the game event that will be especially beneficial to my leveling; however, took a short snoozer and ended up waking up at 7am…

Well, better than none. Drifted to my PC and grinded for about 10% increase in experience points and made preparations to go to work.
Not doing refinement tonight as I had arrived home late and Songjie should have slept.

Just did some cofiguration to my user panel to make things easier to navigate.

Another early arising later.

Another durian feast done at dearie’s place after picking her up from school; this round’s drops collected by her mum had been more yummy; bitter and better quality fruits.

I had stayed on a little later to show dearie some of the models featured in Clubsnap. One look tells that they’re professionals…so dearie will just need more experience in learning to pose – something I really need to learn so I can guide her along.

Stayed up awhile when I reach home to settle down; hitting the lalagate at 2am.
dearie sounded a little unhappy and I do feel bad about the swing of my concentration to the ongoing 9Dragons game event...so I have to find time to do a make up....

Suddenly felt like a turning into a cory and sitting quietly at the bottom of the tank and looking at her on her desk...
2nd day of the 5x experience saga - learn that this will only last continuously for this week only from Songjie.

I managed to pump up to FD level within just 40mins of massive grinding. Good for him as he's clearing off from sailing, so can take advantage of the event this morning.

At last, I've reached the next band!

•クラドーのiPhone•
The lunch had been a quick one as I didn’t want to be baked under the sun for too long; wrong attire to be perspiring in today.

Morning had been filled with an influx of calls due to the recent flood that had occurred…and an agent who was simply rude over the phone and could not adhere to procedures. Relevant channels notified.

Hope dearie doesn’t feel neglected when I was grinding at 9 Dragons which had a week’s special event…so better take full advantage of it.

Looking at the pattern of calls, I’m still undecided on that OT frenzy which will accelerate the hours clocked for this month, as I personally do feel unbalanced about the lesser OT done; since it’s not “voluntary work”, might as well do it.

Recapping what I shared with Grace about the time off incentive, I really take my hat off her reply of “what is 1 hour time off?” Chloe had also asked when can this time off be consumed if calls are not managed properly? That question…will never have an answer until an effective action has been taken on it. For me, I’ve long given up on hope for going off early; even so, will feel totally out of balance I prefer to work late and have pockets filled.
An early awakening for the 5x exp which I had slept well the night before after a couple of glasses of Vodka.

Skylight still dark, and only saw a couple of people like Viperz, Maz and Zuer who also came to in to grind at the advantage of the weekly game event.

Songjie came in at 7, while I started at 6am.  Viperz still remember me after the first meet up at Andy's place....indeed, a great gathering for the league on the rise.  Managed to rise by 3 levels after a 4-hour straight grind, and Songjie had went off earlier as he needed to attend to his weekly religious activity in church.

I took a break at 10am since I have to attend a haircut session.
An early morning after waking up near 7am to start the grinding of 9 Dragons with Songjie; had done a little chat with him the night before as I continue this cyber pulgistic journey with the usual online.

The 5x exp was meant to be for tomorrow, so anyhow, it's a good day to start when I changed to be a nuker as compared to a healer role back then.

Met up with Songjie near his place for a brunch where we did a catchup; he's finishing is regular service in 2 months time and will be moving to civilian life.  Soon, he'll be smelling the fresh air of civilian life, liberated from military jurisdiction.

Many months has passed since we last met, apart from the recent fellowship at Andy's place for a small BBQ session.  That was the first time I met up with some of the league members.  Factor should be joining us when he defect from PoB, which was a notorious group who likes to do a random PK that sours the gaming environment.   I learn that Songjie was previously from Ascension, which was smug group; where some ethical actions were done during the course of playing.

9Dragons' still updating on my Y310, where I can still be in touch with the game if I'm away from home.
A rainy morning made the place somewhat cooler; finally it rained; the previous nights had been toastingly hot despite maximizing window exposure, open doors and fan directed to me.

Good time for a rain, so looking forward to a rain-less evening when I pick dearie up later from her office and head towards Marina Barrage. This time, will have a model shot of her.

Have shared my photoworks with some of my closer colleagues. Just to gain some exposure for my passion which will run long term compared to my fish hobby in the past. That will be restricted just to breed shrimps which are happily reproducing in my office tanks.

Hope this will be an early evening so we can get some sunset shots at Barrage later.
Workout completed despite a dreamy awakening from the constant exposure to fan directed at my face during slumber last night.

I had to make a quick decision; should I bring my Macbook and A500 out today? Since no dinner to be done at home and dearie wanted so much to go there for photoshoot, so it shall be!

Wielded fully equipped Vanguard Uprise 48 with Macbook in AGVA case, and off I went to work.
I was in a store which had wooden layout which resembled that of Bum Equipment, that was themed with dim lights and wooden fixtures for their merchandise.

I saw my aunt whom I was bidding farewell and packing some merchandises. Location is exactly the same as the shop in Tampines Mall.
Woke up with a headache; could it be due to overexertion to do my photo editing last night after having a late dinner?

The morning had been spent mounting pics of my photoworks for the past 2 outings; something which is not done and will only accumulate if I don't do it over time; afterall, I want those pics to be published soonest too.

No news from dearie even after my email to her; could she have been busy or helping Meiling out with the new tasks given?  We were talking about the credit card approval which she had been getting from all her applications; none of mine had been approved so far even after a month long review, and coming back with the standard rejection letter.  All my payment are in order.  Does males pose a higher credit risk to financial institutions compared to females?

Let's see how the recent application with OCBC goes; if they do decline me, then I really have to put into questioning.
What a mid morning; here I am trying to help a caller and there he goes questioning if I had a bad day when he could not do the proper verification as his own system was down.

Just wondering why this person is picking on me; is he himself having a bad morning instead?
A fright came to my mind when I realised that my car was missing at the usual parking spot; I have 2 spots actually but it dawned to me that something wasn’t right; made a call to Maybank and refinancing is in order.
I decided to make a police report about my missing car but somehow couldn’t find the exact place; spent $0.71 and ended up walking back to Eunos from Paya Lebar MRT station; when I hit the road near VITB Geylang Serai, I suddenly recalled where my car was parked…total of 1 hour spent before the mind awoken from mental fatigue.

9Dragons grinding accompanied after dinner before I plopped onto bed at 8:20PM.
Almost fell asleep on my Macbook while writing my blog this morning slightly after midnight; I guess the weather and long distanced walking for photoshoot had been pretty depleting in energy; only when I sit down and rest will I be able to feel that sudden drop in energy level.

Previous night’s journey home was kept constantly at 90kph, quite a peaceful drive from dearie’s home back to my resting place at home.

9Dragons had been updated so I should be able to join my league in conquering when I’m back online…been awhile since I last joined them in “grinding”.

It had been a good fellowship last Fri, fortunately dearie had not been bored and enjoyed the time. Andy’s place is “more than meets the eye” in terms of the house’s size; an old, yet hardy building like what my aunt said.

The fatigue had somewhat caused a drag to wake up this morning at 7am, without an ability to jumpstart my usual workout regime; guess I have to keep this training this evening; hope to finish early so I will have more time to do my workout.

Full throttle will start soon after settling tonight’s workout; those late nights of OTs somehow has given me a kick of gathering more as I still have many major things ahead that will require a substantial quantity of finances; ie studies, ROM, wedding, flat etc.

No to worry about it now, keep moving towards my goal for a better opportunity.
The whole day event was a shootout outing at Little India, which was accompanied with the blazing weather.

Didn't wake up in time for workout but I guess I could have the makeup session after work if training ends early.

Dearie should be reaching Tanjong Pagar soon; for me, still a handful of stations to go.

A 4 sec sprint was done to catch 293; fortunately the bus captaon was kind enough to wait so lots of time saved walking or taking the next bus. Train arrived shortly after the first packed departed just when I reached the platform.

This is the first time I'm attending training at HQ ever since it's relocation to Shenton Way. It's not even a year since moving there but somehow time felt like it has passed switfly like the wind; one sweep as all the fallen leaves go.

Well, not answering calls on a full day is something good for me; if I had really counted the total calls answered since entrance to the industry, the numbers could be pretty huge...I didn't log them down as schedule hasn't been as 'free' as NCS days.

•クラドーのiPhone•
It's getting late into the night but somehow can't enter slumber even when a little sleepy mentally.

HI exam wasn't what I expected, but well, at least I stayed throughout the paper duration and gone through each question prior to submission.

Dearie got back home from a colleague's late father's wake awhile ago; got a fright when I didn't hear from her after she didn't answer the call near 11pm when she had mentioned that she will be taking a bus home from Doris' place.  Fortunately, she took a cab back so as to save on travelling time and also in view of safety.

The long journey tomorrow is actually the road to HQ; have not been there for awhile so it's better to be up earlier; since there's no "economical" parking facilities nearby, so the best alternative will be taking a train down...just have to leave earlier to prevent being packed into the morning express human sardine.

It'll be a whole day training to be conducted by HR, maybe, the all you see is all you get Wai Sing, with his jovial personality which never fail to "spectaculate" the audience and make people laugh in every way.
Reached home early after the HI exam, but not carrying that kind of joy when I see a "pass" in my result slip which is immediate upon submission of the exam.

Guess I have to do it again.

Dearie's at her colleague, Doris' late father's wake and wonder if she's home already...or she might stay a little later than I expected?

One day of being free from answering calls as I have a full day training tomorrow...wonder if it will be as interactive as Andrew Sidwell's sales training back then where all of us were "uprooted" from our seats but overall, still a positive experience.

I don't know what the future lies...or how long I'll be staying where I work.   Suddenly the OT is reduced and I do feel a little uneasy on it; the long and late hours at work are seemingly to be coming to an end, but I guess asking for more is somehow beneficial for me in the long run...being a workaholic, that's how I like to work...long hours, and more OT.

Sometimes I do feel like living off the grid but I can't be such a hermit; it'll simply be so weird unless I've been living as one since young...
The evening had been a pretty quiet after workout had been done.  My brother and Wanling had left slightly before 7pm after their dinner.

I've managed to get the Realignment Node in my mind going, to think through all the events and discussions with them earlier in the day.  My mum had offered me solutions of seeking reflection, be it in my faith or hers; but I guess a quiet time alone will be good, probably with a sip or two of Vodka?  Or shall it be Guinness?

I've talked to dearie about the matter, like how my sister said "clear the fog", so I hope things will all be better from here onwards, especially so from myself.

4 chapters of HI done and 11 more to go; the slumber was broken by my trip to replace the casing for macbook and followed by workout; I have to get all in tonight as I have the exams tomorrow in the afternoon; wish myself all the best for the 3rd attempt which is now solely at my own expense.  Hope there is sufficient time to do the mock paper before the actual exam.
Unlocking done.

Will be doing a conditioning of my personality from a Chaotic nature to that of a Liberal thereafter...too much unnecessary and complex thinking had been ongoing in my mind...

This has to be a laying of the First Brick, that will be towards buildig better relationships with everyone at home...and furthermore, to safeguard myself and be more watchful of what I say.

Maybe I should watch Ip Man again to realign my mind and objective in life to be on the rightful path, and apply the right action. I recall that respect are gained from the right actions and mindset. Like my brother said, actions are triggered by thoughts which has to be right.
I guess too much is to do with my personality problem; have just had a good talk with my brother and Wanling.

I hereby offer my sincere apologies to Wanling, my sister in law, on all the hurtful comments that I've written to her.

My brother, who had accompanied her to my mum's place today to resolve everything.

And the lady whom I've posted her email address, about the issue about her dispute on insurance claims, I'm sorry.

Also not forgetting my parents, beloved sister Sihui, who had to undergo such stress because of me, my uncle and auntie.

For good pals, Wan and Songjie, apologies also for any misunderstandings on what I've misconveyed on facts about my brother and sister in law.

I am sincerely sorry for all these and I promise these will not happen again.
Though it's already past the sleeping hour, the mind just simply goes wandering; looking at those pics taken at dearie's mum's birthday dinner - the 2nd time I'm celebrating with them, it certainly brings about an unspoken warmth that I can feel within them all; something lacking in my own, though in many ways or the other am I getting along well with my own parents and siblings.

I wonder why some people want to rant on even after an apology is offered.  As a matter of fact, it was done simply to please my parents as I don't want things to get more complicated. I've done my part and some people still want to rant on it. Close people like dearie (it goes without saying), Songjie and Wan know about it; they too, feel that FG is really overboard.   Like many say, women who don't possess an attractive appearance, should have something attractive in their personality (B).  Here's a classic example of (C) None of the above. (A) is self-explanatory; attractive appearance, so even if lacking in quality personality, being human, somehow people will still close an eye.

Thinking of happier things in my life, such as the completion of my Diploma, knowing dearie and being together - that has to be the most wonderful thing that happened in my life, and picking up gradually financially (despite the trade off on time), are all bits of things in life that I can ponder on and keep me going.  Unhappy matters?  Just put them aside including those people who rant on it even after my effort to cease any further conflicts.

Goodnight world while anchoring the mid battle week.
A mismatched 13.3 inch hard case which I've got from Challenger made the evening somewhat eventful....upon closer examination of the Macbook, it appeared that it is somewhat a wide version of the regular 13.3 incher....damn...I had done a quick shower after getting home and tried it no...no matter which angle I do it at, it simply won't give a snug fit...instead, jutting out from the sides.

Guess I have to go back to Challenger tomorrow for an exchange though the receipt indicated "Good sold are not exchangable and refundable".

Still trying to get used to the crystal white body and keeping my hands clean to ensure no staining of the white baby.

Dearie had been teasing me with cute sounds while fiddling with her new phone and stumbling upon a dumb application - no wonder it's free and seeing all the negative reviews that clocked up to 1000+ reviews  on Appstore.
Queue number finally reads 410 and ticking.

I've been standing here for the past 20mins and certainly, the Singnet promo has attracted many people to come by. Such, by far, is an unusual crowd; a hoarde will be added to the Macbook SiG online.

27 more and will it be my turn.

Stomach's a little rumbly while on tge way here; probably due to couple of callers who doesn't understand the stand that we are not able to assist them in claiming Third Party. Non industry people, so forgiven.

Dearie should be home soon and her mum's not cooking...so self-resolved dinner by packing back on her way home.

This entry has been written to help make time useful while waiting.

Though a Monday, the carparks can be unusally packed; most likely having something to do with the redemption today. My idea was to get it done soonest so I don't have to inconvenient myself on a later date.

Alarm tripped; someone must have yanked the display merchandise. No matter; short but yet shrilling and irritating enough.

I can finally give dearie my Y310 which has served me well, except for the radio unit that can be easily replaced by a wifi stick. It does cost a substantially to me, but to part with it also means an act of unselfishness to my beloved dearie.

429 now, and ticking.

Time to do some cleaning when I get home to prevent more dust affecting my digital sniper.

Radio out.

Yes! OT till 6:30PM today means I have ample time to collect my Macbook at ION Orchard later!
Day 1 of another week; 3 more weeks before First Flight on 27/07/10.

It has been a little mentally tired as I forced myself into a workout despite having the dust on sensor issue resolved last night; glad the workout had been completed so that I could start the day.

Tonight’s Macbook redemption will be subjected to schedule; either I collect it tonight or it has to be after my paper on 08/07/10. Just 4 days to revise; that should suffice, considering the fact that it’s the 3rd attempt of my HI exam.

The camera cleaning process is not fully c ompleted yet as I need to ensure that the mirror is 100% debris free to ensure optimum photo quality so it does somehow hogged part of my mind in a disturbance state.j I have to checkit out tonight.
Saw myself taking a Shinkansen and was talking to Lin Meijiao, the ex-wife of Ng Aik Leong, a local celebrity; was casually talking to her and yet a little to gaze at her eyes directly as she really has a beautiful complexion for her age.

Nex t scene shows me exiting the train , that has suddenly changed to a rosewooded interior, which encompasses a cosy atmosphere. Myself and a few men, who are from my schools of studies, ie EVSS and ITE, were grouped by education level and were embarking on a mission like mercenaries out into the chilling winter, in full battle gear.

Later, at the rear of the cabin, shows that there’s this Japanese lady business owner whom I was tasked to do some delivery for her, but she was still going with me to ensure all goes smoothly. The place we stood was actually the side of the train cabin; where it could open for a ramp that is used like that of Noal’s ark in Baxter Almighty.

The buyer approaches and I was given a flip sign with Japanese words as I’m not fully fluent in the language, thus this was the guiding tool to help me transact the deal. I accidentally flipped the chart wrongly and the buyer chuckled and taught me to do it properly…

Seems like the deal went through successfully…

I’m up…6:45 am.
Managed to finish work earlier than scheduled and got a change to easy clothes after dinner at home. Dearie is at Isabelle's place and will be going for a group date as they are introducing a guy friend to her.

Reached T3 earlier than expected and as usual, armed with my digital sniper.

Eve, Isabelle and Warren all look good; seeing them, though only the 3rd time does bring back great joy of good old friends after not seeing each other for a long time.

We arrived earlier after going to the wrong TCC, which dearie suggested it serves chicken...well it does look more like a restaurant than a place for coffee n bistro-style food.

After settling down in the place, all decided to order food and drinks; I got my peppermint tea, which wad served in a Pyrex flask; an expensive piece of kitchen appliance which makes the cost worthwhile.

We were joined shortly by Jessica and Desmond; the 'quarry' is actually Desmond's friend and this event is organised by Jessica. Desmond, in his usual jovial behaviour makes the conversation session pretty enjoyable.

His friends Andy who works in Orix, Calvin who does business security joined us later, followed by Desmond's business partner, Collis, came later. Who could be the person they wanted to introduce to Isabelle?

They all knew each other through Special Interest, cars as learnt from Demond, his current SiR was owned by Calvin. Warren appeared to be the Public Relationship rep as he got the conversation going from. Desmond's friends.

The fellowship ended at 1030pm, awhile after Jonathan, also from the car interest group came later after he had a long chat on the phone - his girlfriend had called him from Australia for a tiff according to Andy.

Later in the evening, we learnt that Calvin had asked Isabelle out but still on a group basis; since we aren't invited, it might be a good choice not to go.

A tough week survived.  Sunray blazed the road while I made my way to the usual place for my lunch behind a group of Campaign Execs from my office; 1 full hour sure is the decent duration for lunch.  So far, manageable.

The morning briefing has got some sunny news; incentive of time off given for those without unscheduled leave and fulfull 100% adherence (0% tardiness)...so 1 hour for 1st month, 2 hours for 2nd month and 4 hours for the 3rd consecutive month.  Well, this should keep things a little happier; at least some contructive measures are done with a reduction in call volume.  Many in call centres get to leave after work without having to stay so late and making the stomach go hungry...resulting in ultra late dinner, "very private limited" at home and soon having to rush to sleep.  That can be very vexing when coming to think of it; especially when you're not alone in life, with a love companion like me, with dearie.  She will need my company so I have to avail time as much where possible.

At least now I have some time to deposit my thoughts after the mid-day refuelling.  Dearie will be bringing her cousin, Isabelle for matchmaking as Desmond's friend will be introduced to him.  A WRX driver; can't estimate whether this guy really loves car or just using a powerful car to attract hot babes for ONS...so being an accountant himself may not mean that this person doesn't have a sedentary lifestyle.

Well, back to work soon.  Wan has introduced yet another head hunter to me but I won't use anymore since the more of them having my CVs, the less its value.
Wonder who sent this...another spammer?
