An extremely hot day that I could perspire even under aircon. Could it just be my body temperature increment?

My favourite stall had finally resumed business and I can have my regular fill.

The run yesterday was good; a distance which I've not done for a week; so training is steadily progressing.

Dearie is finally back yesterday evening, so her favourite bear will be putting up with my company for the last time this evening before 'sending' him back to his owner.

Finally could hear her after a few days; though it was a short period of time, but it had seemed pretty long.

Almost time to return to battlebox.
