Lunch done pretty quickly as it hadn’t been too crowded at “Home cooked lunchpoint”. Another 45mins to completion of the solid hour break prior to commencement of the 2nd round of battle….mind had been a little tired from the early moring’s dream and power workout which forces my mind into awake mode; it had been good, but will require more cardio training which I haven’t been able to include over the weekend.

It must be done this week.
