I had been jokingly commented by Albert for grabbing all the new cases that had been filed in quickly; my primary purpose was not to let those cases pile up and quickly have someone to attend to it.

As time passes by, I had come to realise that this role I'm in requires more analytical skills than technical skills like my previous role. It has proven more interesting and at the same time, made my mind sharper...during this training phase, the mind will feel a little tired as it has not been fully tuned to be a more analytical function.

I must continue to pick up the ropes quickly!
