Learnt from Chloe that her hubby was rudely questioned about their displeasure on misrepresentation by Starhub technical helpline after getting their iphone, where the guy first claimed the 3G model is the same as 3G S, after she encountered the inability to install some Appstore applications into her phone which was meant to be for a 3G S model.

What horrided her was the kind of attitude she got when a night shift duty manager called her hubby, whose name mis Johnny, gave tons of excuses on non-exchange policy after the phone was returned with a scratch, saying "am I right to say that you caused the scratch?"  He got his deal - Chloe sent a mail to their head, Diana Lee, which the matter was acted on with short notice.

Serve him right; with such a poor attitude and yet being able to hold the position of Duty Manager, it certainly has some room for questioning even on his basic customer service skills: disrupter like the EMP, and using verbal traps on a dissatisfied customer with a wife who is at a higher experty level than him.

Glad to know that Chloe managed to get things sorted out her way after that lengthy email to Diana Lee.
