I saw myself in this place which looked like some domestic airport in Australia where I sent dearie off as she was going for a 3-day trip without me. Weather was cold - it's April and yet had begun snowing.

I handed over some safety tips for dearie and a pink dslr with a hotshoe flash - design was a narrow format which I've not seen any makes of this sort anywhere before seeing her off.

Even after she left for her trip - now seemingly not by plane, I kept my observation of her from far while using my iPad and saw many of my European friends online (suddenly I was transported to somewhere in Europe and it was 10am).

After awhile, I was 'warped' back to Australia and from far, I saw her with her travel companion, a guy known as Steven Chia who was a former regular in the same unit as I was.

When dearie returned from her trip, I confronted her; it seemed like all has been pre-planned; she had gone for this trip without informing me that she had a solo male companion and there was another occasion which she celebrated their friendship during his birthday - her explanation was that he's just a 'friend'.

I stated my grounds of why he had these privileges as a friend, then asked her point blank that all these were pre-planned.; but she couldn't answer me.

Eyes opened; 6:45am. An uncomfortable sensation greeted me.

It is the mental bashing that one feels after a day of working in a ball of thread. 'Mental exercise' one can call it.

Room darkened, lights off, sheer silence; eyes closed. That's what makes a conducive environment to loosen the tightly-wound up mental spring after a busy day.

No SAM site in the afternoon but there were still many matters to attend to.

I'm glad the day passed by rather quickly but I have to make the return journey back soon after time's up as the visual apetures need to be away from those figures & numbers.

Short shutdown sequence initiated.

A weekend had just gone by in a whiff; just like the wind.

Lunchtime once more and the eating place is unusually crowded...so that left us to do 'face the wall'.

The long weekend is almost here but it seemed so far away. We simply have to hang in there till the time comes.

Finally the attempt and revisions have not been in vain. I walk out victorious.

Even the light of the evening sun, though stinging when it hits through my eyes, now carry a different aura. I can now move on to the next hurdle.

I have been battling this pressure for quite sometime and I'm glad it's slightly lifted off now. Mental fatigue? I've far grown numb to it.

Weekend is here and finally the light is different.

The first scene brought me back to my old home in Bedok North where the hall facing the balcony had turned into a kitchen of a fast-food outlet, where I saw an online friend who is working there on a part time basis; seems like days have reversed back to those school days where most students work part time during weekends / vacations.

Next place was seeing myself in some detention cell where the 'triad king' had appeared and all of us had to take cover in our own cells; 'inmates' each had to go to their own laterine to standby; and in order to avoid, 'detection', they had to cover themselves with the waste that goes under the WC; one of them opened and started using 'fruit leftovers' to cover himself with while the other opened and there seemed to be a sort of basement; a fellow inmate was telling him to take this iten and put on the rack to the left; they appeareds to be be fishing tackles.

Now, I saw myself in a carpark scene where the male lead was injured and 德馨 carried him on her shoulders like the fireman's lift; after passing the pillar, she's seen driving off in a cabriolet to send him to the hospital.

I can feel myself laying on bed and trying to kerb the cooler than normal temperature and someone gave me thermal strips; they were long and thin which had the texture of glue gun sticks which increases temperature by 1 degree Celcius per stick when slot into the pockets of clothings.

Eyes opened after a 2 hour winker from the cat fight. 7:15am.

I entered this subway cabin which had a special cabin where livestocks are kept - it was segregated from the regular passenger cabins; this had special access gates, identity verification mechanisms and 'liveview' screens.

Wildlife conservation project was onboard so the major important goods were livestock; a rare species of snakes had just hatched and are still kept under observation.

I saw familiar faces like Eric (coincidentally bumped into him at a neighborhood last week), Alex, who were also there appreciating the digital gallery.

Next scene showed me moving on a lightrail which served as a direct transport from JB to Singapore; I had just taken a working lift up from the depths of the ground to the surface; had met a tunnel worker who told me that the place they work is much deeper underground. He too, took the lift and was going to the lightrail train to inspect something.

On the lightrail train, it was open-roofed; simple setup and very much pre WWII type of construction; reddish paint and thin metal-skeleton.

Another place I had seen was at a passageway between a set-up studio where some photography work was on - Richard was there and I was part of this production work. His colleague asked if I am interested on a full time position and I responded that I am occupied on other days.

The array of equipments used were almost unlimited; you name it, they have it.

Eyes opened. 5am. I had done almost a 9 hour rest at 1 go; must be the fatigue that had climbed in over a span of 2 days.

For a moment of wandering through that dreamland wilderness, I seemed to have travelled far though things did not appear clear when I opened my eyes at 5am this morning.

It seemed a little too early hence I returned to snooze and it was already 6:42 when I reopened my eyes.

Soon it was time for me to get moving; back to the journey to battlebox. I haven't been writing a lot as much time had been taken on many other things. The final awakening tagged an emotional discomfort that came over from the night before, which somehow I have to manage it.

Right now, a battle day awaits me ahead.

First scene showed us, the Super Gangsters in Kevin's humble abode; we were talking about how Iris got to know some of her friends we met during their wedding.

The layout of their room now looked a little different; instead of walking right from the entrance, it is now a straight path.  Even the room's layout looked a little different compared to what we saw in reality.

Switchscene showed me walking through some "technical yard", it resembled a shipyard, yet the condition of everything looked so technical like those seen in the Waterworld movie.  I was talking to Ruisheng, puffing a cigarette and we were hopping through the very cluttered ground.

Next scene showed me getting ready to move out, with my new car - an SUV which I had to wrap some protective film like those plastic wrap for shipping packaging which was like a sort of sticker that I had to go several rounds around the car, yet the door can still be opened.  It started to rain and dearie wanted to pass me her favourite plush to sit in my car.  I let her keep the plush by her side as I knew it was something that could keep her company in my absence.

Moving out - after entering the car, now it seemed like I'm driving a huge truck, passing by was a medical droid which was moving on land rather than via rails in the ceiling of hospitals where medical supplies are transported between different areas.

After I reached camp, I was accompanied by a female armament specialist as we walked through to our company lines; mine was 1 stop before hers so she walked ahead after our walk and conversation.  As soon as I reached my company line, my comrades, Roger and Calvin (previously from regular service) started talking to me as they got excited seeing a pleasant lady in our camp.  They started asking me where I got to know them and I gave the usual answer of "knew through a friend" - they seemed to want an introduction too.

Now, I learnt from my men that there was some active personnel who made us, NSMen do corporal punishment and said we owed them some push-ups; it was ridiculous as it reminded me of a reenactment where the SOM wanted to make a NSMen do push-ups and was unsuccessful - I passed my rifle to Alvin Zhuang (another storeman during my regular days) and went to see this person.

The journey had to be one moving downwards on the terrain level, so I had to cross over the "lookout platform" and swing myself down to the next lower level.

Before I could find that place, eyes opened; it was already 7am.
This occurence all took place in Kevin's abode which looks very different from what it is in reality.

1st scene showed me and dearie at his place, along with Iris who is off for the day. We were all jelping out with the chores in a windy day - curtains fluttered in the gentle wind.

After the chored, we all sat down and watched TV; and the show telecasted happened to show Iris starring as a ninja warrior in a white-based suit that was of the anime Evangelon style. She just smiled and thought it was amusing to see herself in a show as we watched and talked.

Time passed really quickly and soon, Kevin was back and we talked about the chores we all did to keep their house spick and span.

Switchscene shows their place in a housewarming scene where I saw a few classmates such as Liling.

The scene has now moved and I saw myself talking to dearie about an ex-colleague who has been promoted to AM...most likely this may occur in reality. Deja vu?

I've not written for awhile as things had gotten rather busy and simmered over the last few days when the new year started.

Time flew after my revision and spending the last moment for the weekend with dearie before taking the journey home. Once again, a quiet and lonesome journey back before the full battle week commenced.

The dreadful cursed paper still hangs over in my mind as it's something I have to clear before more pressure is introduced to me. My only option was to clear it and get it off my mind for good.

1st week had gone by pretty much more in the compression of time which finally ended. Let's hope this week passes by quickly without much 'adventure'.
