It had been a late night for us all, after meeting up for a Christmas dinner gathering at Wendy's place in Canberra Link, her place had been populated with friends and relatives, as well as the old bunch from NS Portal.

Jack, Yiwei, Matthew, Markus were all there and Wendy, being the busiest as host for the evening, had kept us all occupied with fun events, like Musical Chair even for the adults; unfortunately, I was out on the first round, much to Serene's delight...haha...

When the crowd had left, all that was left was the old bunch, as Andrew Liew had left earlier with his girlfriend, we had a small number guessing game, coupled with food and alcohol forfeiture for those who guessed the number.

The evening sub-ending was a mini card game which some had made winnings, some not.  Matthew and myself opted out as it was not our code to be involved in any sort of gambling even on festive seasons.

Wendy had given us an update on changes at our previous workplace, which still, is her present workplace; things had became more restrictive; the fun we all shared had been gone since the batches had left; Pioneer batch, Markus, Yiwei from Batch 2, myself from Batch 5 and the list goes on...even now on weekends, dress down is not allowed.

We decided that this will be an annual event where we can all catch up, enhance the Civil-Military projected fellowship and seeing each other through our lives together.

Serene wanted to introduce Isabell to Markus, whom both are single and available.  It might be a good chance for Markus to start finding his happiness in life; I myself being a friend, does not want to see him single all his life.  He will be going over to US near Chinese New Year 2010 to see his brother who has been posted to an overseas assignment for 3 months.

God bless this wonderful fellowship and keep it going.
